We are seeking candidates for the following positions at our Pepperell facility.

Job Description:  Reporting to the president, you will be responsible for operating manual and robotic thermal spray equipment to apply various coatings to customer supplied components. This includes material surface preparation through multiple methods including, but not limited to:sandblasting, abrading, degreasing, washing and masking.

Responsibilities include:

1. Thermal Spraying Ceramic and Metal powders as well as wire with the following equipment.

2. Training employees in the proper use of personal safety devices such as ear protection, breathing protection and use of eye protection

3. In-coming inspection of customer parts for coating

4. Help resolve issues regarding schedules and priorities

5. Supervise the cleaning and masking on customer parts to be coated

6. Clean and conduct final inspection of customer's coated parts

7. Shipping and receiving of customer parts

8. Inventory control and purchasing

9. Equipment maintenance

10. Support company policies and procedures, including ISO 9001 goals and objectives.

Required Skills/Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read technical prints/drawings

Basic computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook



All training will be provided. Manual dexterity/steady hand is a must, as job requires handling very small parts. Microscope and hand tool experience are a plus, but not required. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am - 3pm. Overtime will be required when necessary. Some travel may be required.
